"I Bought my first Victory from Thunder Alley in 2008 and it was a Vision Premium. Since then I have had my bike and other bikes we own serviced there as well. Even though we are customers they have made us feel like were part of there family. So we have made them part of our family as well. We have been so impressed with them that we went back in November of 2011 and bought a brand new 2012 Cross Country Tour. "Another Victory location in another state could have gotten the 2012 Cross Country Tour to me faster, however, I ordered mine from Thunder Alley Victory because I wanted to support my local dealer. The wait was worth it. They took care of detailing and delivering my bike to my front door. That's what I call customer service! Their staff is amazing. Their customer service is stellar. Their service department is by far top notch. If you want to experience the "family" connection, you must try Thunder Alley."
